Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the market, train station and surrounding areas so very easy to get around. Apartment was clean, comfy and had all facilities you could need. Great service from reception team as I asked to keep apartment on last day until 1830 as we had a very late flight back home to UK and wanted to keep apartment until our taxi picked us up. John on reception advised he could move us from our 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom apartment at 11am. All ok and when I reconfirmed with another lady (apologies I didn't catcher her name) she very kindly let us stay in the 2 bedroom apartment to save us packing and moving! Very much appreciated

The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable, we would be happy there for an extended stay. Great views from level 36! It is in a great location close to tram stops and two major train stations, walking distance to The Queen Vic Market and plenty of cafes and places to eat. The property has a well equip kitchen with full cooking facilities and fridge, washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Make sure you check out the common areas on level 5 and level 7 has a pool, spas and sauna - all open from 6am til 10pm.

The property was clean & spacious. There were 3 of us visiting melbourne for a small trip & it was perfect for us. Apartment was nicely furnished and we really enjoyed the lounge & dining area to wind down. Had all the necessities- microwave, fridge, kettle, iron etc.. New towels were also provided on request. The staff were very friendly & accomodating - I checked in a few hours early as my flight landed in the morning. They also helped store our luggage after checking out. Definitely recommend this place!!

The location was fantastic. Just a 5 minutes walk and you’re right in the middle of the city. The property really was spacious and comfortable. The property was really like a home, well equipped with everything. Definitely suitable for travelers who are looking for additional facilities such as kitchenette, washer and dryer etc.

It was in a good location and we had the 2 bed and 2 bathrooms, so the apartment was spacious enough for us. The location has a vibrant feeling but not noisy like other parts of the CBD. Lots of food places around and shopping if that's your thing. Pool, spa and sauna were great and never crowded.
